We could hear a bit of street noise as we were on a lower floor but that didn’t bother us at all, it added character if anything.

Excellent location. The light train is right at the front door and Central train station is within walking distance.
The room was spacious. The beds were ok. The kitchenette was a big plus.
The bathroom floor was so unclean that we had to use the shower mat to scrub it before we used it.
The gap between the shower curtain and the floor was so high that the floor got all wet when we had a shower.
Toilet seat did not have a lid.
I think the above problem can be easily addressed to enable guests to have a comfortable stay at the hotel which has great potential.
The smell of cooking at the reception area was overwhelming when you entered the hotel. The lift also did not look or smell clean.
