The staff are absolutely lovely. I dropped my bag off before check in and when I returned to check in my bag had been placed in my room ready for me. Nothing was too much trouble, when I needed something printed late at night they were happy to do it. The free coffee at all hours is really nice, and the pastry selection is a nice touch. The location is great as well, as it’s a good area. The airport shuttle is great as well as it took the stress of getting there away.
I had a little trouble finding the property at first, but that was a maps error rather than a hotel issue.

Excellent location within easy walking distance of Central Station, making it very convenient for getting around Sydney.
Plenty of cafés, restaurants and other eating options nearby in Surry Hills.
Friendly and welcoming staff.
Rooms are tidy, clean and well maintained.
The breakfast is extremely basic. It consists essentially of a small selection of pre-packaged pastries and some fruit. If you're expecting a substantial hotel breakfast or cooked options, you may be disappointed.

We like the friendly service on arrival. Having the Coffee Machine, fruit and pastries in the morning was a treat,
thank you. The location is perfect - close to Woolies if we needed anything. Close to eateries and the biggest
;lus was the proximity to the Railway Station and the inner city.
On our second night we were woken by noisy neighbours who didn't close their doors quietly.
Also, there was water running loudly through pipes from around 1.15am - 2.30am
I had stayed here previously with a friend and had a lovely room to myself (No 300 I think). My friend had
another room. This time I came with my husband and we got a tiny room. He found the shower too small as well.
