Great location, room was clean and tidy.

The hotel is in a good location - near Sydney Central (main train station) and the tram. Their rooms are huge and spacious. It has both WiFi and wired internet (LAN) available. Good breakfast buffet spread. Houskeeping kept our room pristine evereyday.

The room's TV doesn't come with Netflix, or even Youtube, when even lower category hotels like Ibis already have them.

We found everything was up to standard for what we paid for —no complaints

Location is great, near to the places we wanted to go.

No complimentary drinking water provided in the room, which should be provided considering the price per night and hotel star rating. Other lower start rating that I stayed before provided drinking water and sachets of instant coffee and tea. There was additional surcharge for making payment using credit card. This is not acceptable as the hotel can't expect the guests to get ready few hundred of dollars cash for hotel room payment, and could be few thousand dollar cash if I'm staying for a week or more. And depending on the number of nights you stay, it could go above $100 in credit card surcharge, which is significant and should not be paid by room guest. I have not been informed or notified about credit card surcharge when booking was made via booking.com, so the surcharge was unexpected when payment was made at the reception. I have not experienced such surcharge when I stayed in other hotels before. Room facilities are old, generally cleanliness is acceptable. Water leaks at the fitting of shower head, causing water pressure is low from teh shower head.

Location wise very good

Check in it takes abt 45 mins even the manager is @ her office did not bother to help. Que is that long and receptionist is not knowledgeable enough to help the guess abt there enquiries. No free water for the guess Reception is not helpful enough for the guess abt there luggage if u dont asked they will not even offer..they just tell u where and how u get ur luggage inside the hotel..

Older hotel and it shows inside. Bathroom door didn’t open and shut properly and just needs an upgrade. Elevators are slow and make noises that make you question if it’s safe.

our room was very clean a great size and very comfortable.Great location , close to train station and you can walk to many restaurants, Chinese gardens and threatres. Breakfast was delicious when everything you could have wanted. Looking forward to our next stay ..

The aircon was FREEZING and I couldn’t turn up the heat, or turn it off and it was loud too. And the cafe use long life skim milk I’ve also left my phone charger in the room and sent numerous messages but had no response 😭 Took yesterday and today off with a head cold from the aircon I think.

Check in was easy and staff were nice. The little pool the kids enjoyed. Room service was quick.

For the price we paid for one night. Did not include parking or breakfast. The room was very outdated. The tv was not a smart tv so kids weren’t happy. The bathroom didn’t have much lighting and the mirror was corroded. Aircon vents were dusty as well as the in bathroom. The carpet is very old and stained dirty so we couldn’t put our baby down to crawl. The bed topper was hanging off side of bed that we needed to fix.

if it is just a terrace with light, it is very good. if it is a room bright, when I work at night, gets better.

The location is fantastic, just a walk to darling Harbour and China town. Easy access to public transport and lots and lots of shopping!

Poca variedad en desayuno. Muy caro para el standard que ofrece, estuvimos en un Ibis de 3* en Melbourne y le gana por goleada en todo a este y mucho más barato.

We had a minor issue with our room and was upgraded to an executive room, all good.

I had a chicken Caesar salad for dinner all the ingredients toooo cold, usually the chicken should be warm, but after my second glass of shiraz it became less of a problem.
