Location, friendly staff, the cats, and environment
Rather small room and bed, breakfast disappointing compared to the dinners

A peaceful setting not too far off the M6 to break our trip up north. A lovely breakfast with plenty of choice.. will use again when coming this way..
Nothing really.

A really nice hotel in a lovely location. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was also great with plenty of options available.

Food was of a good quality and quantity, for a small hotel the menu was more than adequate and a good selection of beverages was available. The room was quite small but very comfortable and was spotlessly clean.
All of the staff were very pleasant and the evening receptionist was very knowledgable and helpful
The noise from the extractor fan in the bathroom was quite loud, obviously more noticeable in the quiet of the night. A small fridge in the room would be a welcome addition
