location and history
no lift, one of our party has health issues, and would have preferred not to have to climb stairs

Central location, easy walking to all sites. Parking included. Beautiful hotel. Breakfast young vs lady was super helpful in advice for stay.
No air conditioning.

We really felt like we were staying in a castle. The property is beautiful, the room was comfortable, and it is in a great location. We would definitely stay here again.
Because the property is old, there are no elevators.

Food was good but the highest room and no lift was hard going as I am not very mobile as I have a bad leg and I struggled a lot
A lift to the top floor
No lifts in the hotel
I did not know that the room would be the furthest away on the top floor
