The renovations in the lobby are finally complete and the self check-in kiosk is a fantastic addition. The Mee So Bar & Lounge has a fun & energetic vibe and great value at happy hour. My partner and I stayed for Mardi gras. We stay at the ibis Styles Sydney central for our Sydney getaways for the location and value for money

All the staff I dealt with were very friendly and helpful.

There was issues with my key card to get into my room. For the first 24hrs I had to get staff to let me in my room after 4 failed key cards. Eventually they changed my room. On departure I paid for my car parking and they gave me a voucher to us to exit the parking lot, without any explanation. it didn't work. And I had to end up paying AGAIN. I was able to go back to reception and get a refund from them, but it was VERY time consuming and annoying.

No parking but there was parking nearby so it was fine in the end. There were three of us in a triple room and it was tight but fine for two nights

I loved the location and the staff are always very helpful and informative. Over and above under alot of pressure with so many Taylor fans staying.

I have stayed there before and alot less expensive but understandable with all accommodation charging more due to the concert.

The property has a good face, but underneath is dated. The bathroom especially is very old and because of this it is moldy around the edges of the screen doors, etc. couch was old and uncomfortable and had an obvious stain, not cleaned in between or underneath the cushions.

It was a ten minute walk from central station. The bar area has a good vibe and staff was fun and quirky

It was overpriced. Check in took over half an hour. Nobody answered after trying three times to call concierge. Fire alarm went off randomly with no explanation. On what planet is $485 a reasonable price for a 3 star room?!!!

Wi-Fi/internet was horrible! Couldn’t easily book tours or search transport schedules. Breakfast was too expensive…don’t need a buffet every day.

We checked in at 5pm, however our room was not ready. Lucky we didn’t check in at 2pm as it said we could. There were bugs in the bathroom shower cavity, the fridge was dirty, the window furnishings didn’t cover the window and the AC was very noisy. Breakfast was unacceptable, even at the discounted price. Options were either empty or cold. Scrambled eggs were funky and watery. Then upon checkout they tried to charge us for breakfast buffet a second time.

Loved the room it was fab for what we wanted, comfy beds and clean.

Location is super good. 5-min walk from Museum train station. 15-min walk to Hyde Park, St. Mary Cathedral, Australia Musuem. Staffs are super friendly and helpful and the room was very clean.

I have nothing to complain about. The room's value is worth the price. Great experience!

we found this motel to be in a good location. the room was a good size and very quiet the bed was very comfortable I found the pillows were a bit soft, but I like a firm pillow, but all was good. the breakfast was very good, good value. and good variety.

Location was excellent, coffee shops and restaurants of Surry Hills and Paddington on your doorstep - don’t bother with hotel breakfast, go to A.P. Bakery across the road! Very quiet, I slept well. Automated check in was a breeze. And so close to Museum Station, train to the airport was so quick!

Some of the bathroom towels were not clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was very clean. Breakfast and a late check out were included in our rate which was great.
