I like mercure on hay, have stayed before.. and will continue to stay

I spoke to the guy at reception about getting early check in as we came in on the red eye and landed at 4 am. .we had been awake for 30 odd hours, with children who had little sleep. He said yes sure we can do that, then said we could check in at 1.30.. i was looking for something earlier even if i had to pay but just got brushed off basically with many excauses.. was all to hard. This is probably something you guys don't do, and if not could maybe look at doing it and make some more money for the business.

The location was fit for purpose The breakfast The bed was comfy Most of the staff were pleasant people

Dinner was woeful, the food was expensive and very salty, burger was burnt and bun was rock hard - the pulled pork just had bbq sauce on it and wasn’t very juicy - highly disappointing and in hindsight wish we’d had it sent back after paying $75. We were told we could park at hotel on phone on the morning we arrived and got there and was told by the same Staff member that the car park was full, so that was also frustrating
