Criterion Hotel Perth

Location, ease of checking in and out and will store luggage prior to check in and after.

Slip matt in the shower for safety.

Hotel is centrally located withing walking distance of Perth Railway Station

Could do with an extra blanket on the bed to avoid running the air conditioner all night

Old but clean.

The Manager was very helpful and helped my Dad when checking in properly.

This hotel has seen better days, but I booked for two separate 3 night stays because the location was very convenient for my plans. The desk staff were helpful and pleasant, the rooms were clean, included a refrigerator, tv, hair dryer, and everything functioned (although the elevator was iffy a couple of times). But the carpet, paint, furniture etc.are all in need of updates. There are no facilities like a cafe or exercise room or pool, but I wasn't looking for any on this stay, so my very basic room needs were met.

The run down appearance, the lack of any charging ports in the room, the wi-fi could be stronger.
