The location, the value for money, the BIDET
The hairdryer after 15 secs overheats and stop to work, not enough towels for 2 people, old bath mat with some holes.

In the center of Santana. Nice markets and tradition hut shops around... Breakfast was nice.. the swimming pool was nice and also the hot tub
The room did not even have a fan. There was some church event going on till midnight and if we kept the balcony door open it was way too loud sleep.. this really ruined our both nights. Just a fan in the room would have made it so much better... Also the hot tub was not filled on our second day when we went early morning at 930am.. the hotel is old and it shows .
