The views are fabulous.
female staff were very friendly, especially Medina. The food in the restaurant was very good. Nice Pool
It was hot when we stayed and not even a fan was available in the room. Sheets only cleaned once a week (lovely with sweaty bed sheets!). Hot tub needs a clean! A cooked breakfast option would be nice. Customers could be warned about the hike to the top rooms.

I loved being able to go to the pool whenever I wanted, it has not an opening time neither a closing one. The sea view from my room was amazing.
I asked for a special request and they confirmed they would provide that for me, although they didn’t.

Heart breaking sea view from the balcony & the restaurant. We went to hiking PR1 & got up very earlier, they prepared a breakfast pack for us.

Liked the hot tub and pool. Nice they made the bed and changed towels every day.
The level of noise especially during the night. Doors slamming loudly, you could hear everything. Also, full of insects and bugs inside the room. Woke up with a cockroach and a lizard in the room - with doors closed during the night 🥲
Balcony is nice but would like to have at least a chair to sit on and a table.
Room is very run down. At least small things could be fixed, like a bathroom trash bin with a functioning lid or glue the panel back on the wall. You can see they clean but barely, there was blood on the switch of the toilets by the pool.
