Quite a good location near Southern Cross Station
Front entrance was dirty
Welcome mat was not Laying flat so could potentially be a tripping hazard .
Lift buttons were covered with plastic which looked terrible.
During the day I noticed quite a few drug affected homeless( meth) addicts gathering quite near the hotel which made me as a single female feel unsafe.
They were yelling out and acting chaotically.

Good clean compact room with comfortable bed and modern bathroom
Bathroom fan was faulty and made a lot of noise. TV very small and dated. No milk for tea/coffee making facilities in room.
