la ubicación me funciona muy bien
Algunas cosas se ven un poco deterioradas (muebles del loby, acceso al estacionamiento, etc) además no cuentan con Valet Parking ni Botones, al menos no vi ninguno.

The staff was very rude and they did not give us our room even though we had a confirmation number through Booking. We tried to solve the issue for almost 2 hours before giving up and going to another hotel.

The room was for three but they keep bringing two towels only. The coffee maker was never set up, nor coffee implements provided,

No ac in my room, my room wasn't ready when i arrived they made me wait an hour to give me my room. The toilet didn't flush properly

I was staying from November 09 to 11 in room 412 I left a sweater and two scarves, when I realized that I had forgotten them, I tried to contact the Fiesta Inn Valle hotel where it was impossible for them to answer the phone, I also wrote an email advising them and additionally I wrote in booking where it says “contact property” and in none of the channels have I received a response. so I do not recommend that you stay at this hotel because you they are not interested in keeping customers or serving them.
