Good explanation to find their office for the Shuttle. Good and punctual shuttle service, but limited availability at time I would have like to return. Had to return earlier than desired. Room was spacious and clean, as well as bathroom with everything needed. Very good.
Some refurbishment needed in public areas.
More availability for shuttle transfers at certain times with high demand.
Can't think of anything else.

Avevo capito che fosse molto più vicino all’aeroporto invece la sera per raggiunge elhotel ci vogliono 10-15 minuti, ma è stato comodo lo stesso, solo che viaggiando con bambini ogni spostamento in più si sente

Location
My husband and I arrived with a 7mo baby at 9:00pm to do the check in. There was a horrible wait and line before us. I asked to please do the check in first for us since we had the baby and staff did not care, they said we had to wait for our turn. I totally understand and respect that other people were in front of us, but I also think that was heartless to have a baby waiting for an 1 hour and half.
You guys should have other policy for children and elderly. Shame of you!
