We had a lovely big studio apartment - plenty of space to enjoy. The facilities were as expected for a Quest. The location was very good - a short walk to cafes and restaurants. The lady on reception gave us fantastic recommendation for dinner and breakfast. She was lovely.

the parking situation. There aren't many parking bays and the system should be improved. I checked in and got a note for my car, but by the time I then moved my car from the front of the hotel to the car park, someone had taken the space before checking in. I guess i didn't know the rules! With so few spaces, they should put in a booking system rather than have a free-for-all

light and airy interiors - high ceilings we liked how they repurposed the building and conserved the original windows.

Great location, lovely staff, room as described/shown.

Couldn’t open windows or control room temperature otherwise and it was very warm during the night. Bathroom could have been slightly cleaner.

Huge self contained apartment. Fantastic location with many restaurants in easy walk. Staff were exceptional.

We loved the location and facilities. It was a very cold day. This apartment was perfect for chilling out, mid trip and catching up with laundry.

Quest is our preferred accommodation in Invercargill as it is comfortable, spacious and central.

Unfortunately, we were woken up at 6:30am by a truck reversing and gas bottles being changed in the yard outside our room, presumably for the restaurant next door.

Very tidy/new thru out complex. Room had everything you needed. The location is right in the centre of city, car park free but is basically a public carpark accessible to the general public.
