Lovely comfortable room with little kitchenette with everything you need for comfort. Very quiet for being on main road. Close to town and the owner was sp helpful with local knowledge. Bed was cosy with electric blanket.

The owner Denise was fabulous with local information on sightseeing, nearby good eating places, must see tourism spots etc. Shw was warm and friendly and made the whole stay effortless.

Very convenient location for the conference at Transport World; not quite so for getting into town but certainly OK (why no bus service along Tay Street?). Very friendly staff and lovely warm accommodation for a mid winter stay in Invercargill. Comfy beds and a nice clean unit. Quick attention to our only complaint.
The cooking facilities could be updated, but were adequate for our short stay.
