Location is a 10+! Just 2 blocks to the harbor and 1 blk to get to the bus line or a 1 min wait for an Uber every time. Staff really Great! Room was very comfortable with living room seating, little table with 2 chairs to eat at, kitchenette with stove and a dishwasher, comfy bed, TV set up so you can move it to watch fin the bedroom, kitchen or living room area. Nice big closet to keep your suitcase and clothes plus a washer/dryet. Nothing fancy but if like comfy this is the place to stay.
Only thing I didn't like was the toilet paper holder.. lol.

The location was excellent and this part of the city use to be bad but the whole upgrade of retail and street design has changed that. High end retail is at your fingertips. The room has exceptional and had a balcony that you could sit and watch the street life below.

Location is perfect for any business downtown trip. Value for money in Auckland.
Uber do not like to pick up from the door. Always had to walk to the location, and picking up was a nightmare.

The Location is excellent, being right in the city, very handy to public transportation. The room was very clean and tidy and well appointed. The office staff helpful and friendly.
The room was only serviced the one time (3-night stay) The door to the balcony would not lock. We were offered a change of room but did not take up the offer after being assured the room was safe (14th floor). The room is above a bar that plays their music very loud from midafternoon until the early hours of the morning on Friday and Saturday.
