It really is a great place to stay, quiet and clean and has a coffee macine for that 1st cup of the day!
The music in the lobby is quite loud, making it a bit difficult to have a conversation on arrival/departure

Excellent location, clean, friendly staff, quiet room (no street noise), well appointed room. Exceptional value for money.
The bed was firm.

Our overall stay was good, room was clean, comfortable and I appreciated all the thoughtful touches such as steamer & Nespresso machine.
Only comment was the staff member who checked us is could not find our booking and although I had the confirmation he was not willing to accept the rate we clearly paid.
In saying this, the staff member in the morning was really helpful and resolved the issue.
