Great location, large apartment that was neatly presented and well equipped. The inclusion of laundry powder was nice as we had some washing to get the jump on.

The shower tap was ridiculous. Water temperature was either cold or scalding hot. Not nice having a cold shower.

The location is good, gym & pool area were clean

the cleanliness of the room was terrible, there were stains which looked like vomit on the original room carpet when I checked in. I was moved to another room and there were other issues in that room too.

for what we paid it was very poor . needs new carpet badly stained, stained pillows, needs new paint work , table outside had drink stains not wiped. kitchen poorly equipped. tripe’s getting in and out of the all bath with shower head in the bath , very dangerous.

The location it was a ten minute walk to the concert we came down for.

The place was falling apart, the amount of money they charge and we had been scared of falling through the floors. In the lounge room under the window the whole floor area was extremely soft to touch. The furniture was old and very uncomfortable after walking around all day you wanted a comfy seat but it wasn't. The bathtub is extremely tall so if you have leg issues you will struggle to get into the bath and shower combo. We kept on running out of items like toilet paper and could never find a staff member to help. Along with the elevators smelling that bad that someone had died in them. The bookings showed views but all we got was two very high up windows with no view along with the bedroom ones covered in film so you couldn't see out. For the amount you pay you expect a bit more.

The small bonus room for my toddler to sleep in. Location was good. Pool area was nice.
