Bed was so comfortable, I slept very peacefully and pillows were good too, that I’m going to order some for my bed.

Cupboard doors slammed a little, need some plastic stick on rubbers to prevent this ( Under the sink cupboards)

Quiet and in a good location

The rooms now have televisions that have to be used via your phone app. Very modern if you have the latest phone, ours weren’t and came up not able to connect. Even the technician who came to our room could only make the bedroom tv work, not the main one in the lounge room. On principle we won’t be staying there again.

Spacious, very comfortable, extremely helpful reception staff.

Water pressure in the shower was a bit disappointing, and the chairs were a bit low for the dining table.

This was a low level apartment which meant it was close to the highway. No view.

Location was excellent! Everything you needed was within a short walking distance. For those travelling with young children the Kurrawa playground is excellent. Patrolled beach is directly behind the playground. Pools at the hotel are great. Staff were very friendly.

Water goes all over the floor from the shower even with the door shut. Could do with more than one tea towel in the kitchen. Overall I would stay again.

Sitting room in 705A is not well furnished. Bedside table has faulty wiring. Dining room chair leg about to break. Prefer to have normal TV with local programming.

Great location, modern rooms, coffee machine in the room

Our back door didn’t lock, coffee machine didn’t work, thought the drawers in the bathroom seemed a bit grubby (hair inside them), check in seems late at 3pm

Loved how spacious the apartment was. Loved the view and position.

Did not like that we had to ask for more tea, coffee and soap , toilet paper.

Room: The room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with modern amenities. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was a good size with a shower and plush towels. The decor was tasteful and created a cozy atmosphere for a relaxing stay. View: The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. We had a stunning panoramic view of the city skyline and could see the beautiful sunset from our window. It was a truly unforgettable experience to wake up to such a picturesque sight every morning. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its prime location, comfortable rooms, and spectacular views. It truly made our stay memorable and enjoyable.

The bathroom could be bit more modern.

Property was lovely although very expensive for one night. Staff were amazing. They were so helpful and lovely. Nothing was a bother for them and this makes such a difference.

I had a worker come into my apartment to check if I was checking out that day or the next. This was at 12pm. I would have liked some notice as I could have been getting changes or something and she just walked in.

Apartment was a good size, comfortable bed, and was in a great location.

Amazing high floor with views. Staff were kind and generous in providing a bottle of champagne as a surprise as we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. Lovely surprise

It is a little tired in the room with paint missing, wonky wardrobe door and cobwebs on the balcony glass.

Lack of enough free coffee and milk. I guess a sign of the times, but running the TV through my phone is not my idea of ease but understand. What happens if I don't have a phone. No bear glasses.
