Great location, very helpful staff, free pool towels
Bathroom toiletries could be a bit better

I love everything about this place, the vibe, the rooms, the location, the breakfast in the Star, the dinners at the Garden Bar, have stayed many times and will again.
It's all good, I have nothing negative to say.

Location was great. Easy walk to Broadbeach restaurants and Pacific Fair.
Harvest breakfast buffet wasn't great, incredibly busy and average food options. While the pool area was lovely, it was a shame that the QR ordering option didn't work. Beds in the room were very hard.
I was sent an email after I booked to upgrade to an executive room for a fee which I thought I opted in for, but upon checking in there wasn't any record of this - reception was a little rude when I enquired about it.
