Booked for Oktoberfest, hotel & room has everything you need to crash after a day's party. We booked a kettle in the room for an extra price and it was a really smart decision (but you have to bring your own tea). Area is completely quiet on weekends because it's an office building area. S-bahn nearby is very convenient.
Staff woke us up at 9am by knocking on the door twice, even though checkout is at 11am. We complained and were told to use the do not disturb sign. Still annoying, especially as we needed our rest before a 6 hour drive home.

Very clean, functional and accessible. Even if everything is digital, communication was great!

location is convenient, near an u-bahn station. not having to carry a keycard was nice and checking in/out was easy and quick. room is identical with the pictures. any question i asked was replied quickly but i think it was an AI bot.
the room was too dusty. the beds had weird crumb like things, not properly cleaned. shower floor needs changing, looks too dirty from years of use. also not that important but pillows were too soft lol
