The elevators and stairs were convenient. The room was basic but clean, the car parks (e.g. Lace Market; check pricing!) are very close, overall the stay was pretty good. Staff were friendly.
I feel for the price there are probably similar or better options. The drunks and late night stalkers outside scream throughout the night (up until 4 am), it's quite noisy. The rooms need aircon and/or better airflow options.

Great location. Convenient parking opposite. Pleasant and polite staff. We were in a twin room and the beds were incredibly narrow. But other than that, a perfect spot for a night out in town.
Single beds were a bit narrow. Other than that, all good.
