Getting to the location was easy with public transport (trams) right outside the front door. The room and facilities were clean and comfortable. Getting in and out of the hotel and car park is easy as well, and the hotel is well located to access a major highway, in and out of the city easily. A local pub and service station provides access to a pub meal and small essentials if required.

Checking in and providing details is easy enough, however you may need to ensure that vehicle details are captured by the front desk if you are driving a vehicle, and using the hotel car park. The system is automated however should the front desk not enter the registration plate number immediately and your intention is to leave in a short amount of time from check-in, you may be required to pay for the entry / exit in and out of the car park. The front desk should however settle accounts on check-out, just ensure you're not charged twice.

Great location, tram to city was just out the front, fabulous staff especially F&B manager Hari and Allen in reception. Comfortable rooms, handy to have a laundry available as we were away for a few weeks!

Just a pet hate, cash was not accepted, and then an additional 1.9% fee for card!

Room set up with no real separated bathroom
