The staff were incredibly patient with us as we had issues with our bank cards or there lack of. We got there in the end

The location.

Air con was too noisy. There was no exhaust fan in the bathroom

Well priced, comfortable hotel.

Comfortable bed, good shower, lovely big towels.

some small details- strange noise at intervals the whole time. Plumbing perhaps? A few minor updates needed such as the wobbly tap.

location and cleanliness

stayed for 5 nights. originally booked a one bedroom apartment but after one night changed to one bedroom with lounge and full sized bath in bathroom. More space and a nice apartment.

The hotel staff were very friendly and we enjoyed a nice night out at the restaurant downstairs. The room was clean and well presented. Overall, a nice place to stay for a couple of day.

Our room was very stuffy, not much air circulation through the room made it stifling sometimes. Technology used for the rooms is outdated and kept malfunctioning mid-movie. Not many options to eat around the hotel - need to go for a bit more of a walk.

A top notch hotel, the best I have stayed in.

The spaciousness, the tv system x 2, the wardrobe. And the double balcony

The room service, focaccias were not what I ordered and What we got was so revolting it shouldn’t be regarded as food. I paid $30 to be insulted.
