The hotel managers are very welcoming, eager to propose solutions and very kind. The hotel is perfectly located and you don't need renting a car, it is within walking distance of the historic center of Uppsala.

It was a very pleasant stay, great location and clean rooms. Reception staff were very responsive and friendly. Especially Rihab ❤ she was very helpful
The parking problem. The hotel can let us know beforehand to book a parking space in advance

The staff were friendly and breakfast excellent. I didn't get a chance to use the sauna but it looked spotless. The gym was small but had a good basic equipment: treadmill, exercise bike, hand weights and bench.
I booked a King and was given a twin. I arrived really late and it was a work trip so never had time to complain but I assume I was charged more for the room because of this. TV didn't actually play TV. Also discovered late at night when I couldn't face doing anything about it .
