Das Zimmer war sauber. Das Bad hat eine sehr ansprechende Mischung von alten Armaturen und neuem Komfort. Die Bar ist super gut eingerichtet und die Bedienung nett. Das Frühstück sehr gut und reichlich. Die Lage perfekt: Ruhig mit Blick auf die verkehrsberuhigte Innenstadt und zugleich in Fußnähe zum Bahnhof.

Ich hätte mir im Zimmer einen kleinen Kühlschrank gewünscht, um Getränke zu kühlen.

Läget är det avgörande i valet av hotell. Trevligt hotell. Bra personal och toppen att det finns rum för två med enkelsängar så man inte behöver ligga så nära när man är två kompisar.

Det enda lilla att det är lite högt ljud i matsalen och musik samtidigt men bara ett litet minus

Es ist ein wirklich schönes Hotel in großartiger Lage. Vom Bahnhof haben wir 5 Min zu Fuß bis zum Hotel gebraucht und vom Hotel 2 Min in die Innenstadt. Es gab ein reichhaltiges Frühstück mit leckerem Brot aus der Region.

Der Kaffee war leider an zwei von vier Tagen kaubar. Eine der Servicekräfte hat es immer etwas übertrieben mit dem Kaffeepulver/Wasser Verhältnis.

Läget är enastående och huset är härligt genuint. Trevlig bar med bra viner.

Flaskorna med shampo, tvål och balsam är nästan omöjliga att få upp. Tips är att vrida upp korkarna något. Gärna även en hylla i dushen att ställa flaskorna på. Nu halkar de av och innehållet rinner på glaset och golvet. Halkigt och kladdigt samt svårstädat.

This is a wonderful grand dame hotel right on the river's bank in the lovely historic old town of Uppsala. Gorgeous hotel, wonderful breakfast, friendly staff, terrific bar. Three thumbs up from our family. Special kudos to the bartender who was inordinately friendly and oh so very helpful.

Lovely old hotel with a super helpful staff. There was seating outside in front of the hotel as well as a nice area inside just off the entrance. The room was simple, very comfortable and had a really large window. The location was ideal- an easy walk from the central station to many of the local sights. And it is right on the river that runs through Uppsala. The staff member who checked me in was very patient and helpful with a reservation that a bit confusing. I loved this place!

I was very happy with the hotel.
