Clean and comfortable
No parking but we knew that

Staff at the reception was helpful and friendly.
The location was great - a short walk to shopping mall and light rail.
It is also close to a number of nice cafes and restaurants.
Reception was not open 24/7 - had limited hours (from memory 11am-4pm or something like that). That said, there is option for early check-out and late check-ins but it won't be staffed.
Also to clarify - the accommodation was receptive and helpful in trying to make your checkin/checkout process smooth and easy. So thumbs up for their professional communication. It's more to let other travellers know that reception has limited hours and not 24/7.
