The friendliness of the staff, who went out of their way on our day of arrival to accommodate us - we arrived super early from the airport (7.20am) and had to have a coffee opposite first at Madame & Yves, which was lovely 😍. When we checked in at 9am, when Reception opened, the owner and Allesandro sorted us out immediately and we were having a much needed two hour nap in our room by 10am, after a 24 hour flight from the UK!!!
The wifi was rather slow, but the shower was excellent, the bed comfy and the hotel, very quiet and friendly.

Warm hospitality, spotlessly clean rooms, and a wonderful experience overall. A special thanks to the reception team who were absolutely fantastic and so helpful throughout my stay!
Nothing at all, everything was perfect!
