The location is in a quiet area. The breakfast was good. The Staff was collaborative and helpful.

1-There was a stain of blood on the bed's mattress. Also, the shower area wasn't clean. 2-No CCTV in the corridor of each floor. 3-WiFi was weak

Breakfast. Too boring. Little variation and not very tasteful.

people are allowed and do smoke right next to the swimming pool where people exercise, which is very annoying

Front Office staff. Why? When we arrived, during check in, a small kid about 5 year old walked from the lift and cried 'Where is papa? Have you seen mama? Papa papa- until the kid walked outside to the security and walked back. Not a single ataff showed any care. Me and my wife complained and asked ' Is there no one in this hotel who cares? how does a small child cry asking for his father and no staff responds? We told the lady checking us in to stop checking us in and attend to the child first, which she did after we begged her 3 times to atrend to the child. The child cried to the point of almost vomiting. They gave the child water and a chair to sit, a high chair ,he could not even sit- later the father walked from the lift looking for his son. We were shocked no front office staff nor security showed care until we complained 3 times. I raised this issue with Restaurant manager/ supervisor during breakfast.
