Beautiful property, nice green surroundings with tropical plants, stunning views

The view from the hotel is amazing. The breakfast spread was extensive. The concierge, Anna, was warm & friendly. She gave us a lot of useful info.

Another staff member from the concierge was not as helpful and attentive. She gave an agitated expression when I enquire more about shuttle & restaurant info. Is this not her role as a concierge??

The hotel was beautiful, so good that following a 5 night stay there with my husband, I took my 2 daughters 2 weeks later for 3 nights ! The spa facilities were excellent, the rooms beautiful and a gorgeous location

Fabulous hotel which is part of a sprawling complex of hotel, apartments, spa, conference facilities and brilliant sports centre. It sat on a beautiful part of the coastline looking at the Eliphati islands and the crystal clear waters. There is a small marina where boat trips can be boarded which is very useful and avoids going to Dubrovnik. There were a number of conferences and weddings during our stay which due to the size of the complex did not cause any problems although areas were sometimes shut to accommodate. The rooms were lovely and it is well worth paying the extra for the sea view as these have good size balconies to catch the morning or evening sun. Would happily visit again.

It’s quite a trip to Dubrovnik from the hotel and although they provide a shuttle bus and boat the timetables are limited and cabs are often required. There is a bus stop at the top of the resort and the 35 actually comes into the hotel which is useful but buses can be very busy. This however should not detract from the fact that this is a beautiful hotel.
