The rooms are very good and the hotel was very well maintained, staff was extremely friendly. location is also perfect when visiting the city.

If there is anything to complain about it might be that the bed was a bit on the firm side, but l know most people like it that way

Excellent staff. They were very helpful in planning my days in Ticino, very nice people. The distance to Ascano Centre is 10 min walk. 5 min walk to busstation. Room was proper and clean. Breakfast was good

Absolutely very rich buffet with cereals, eggs, various types of bread, lovely orange juice, great coffee machine, delicious cheese, cold cuts and honey. The location is perfect. Very close to Ascona centre and to the marvellous lake. If you rent a bike you can easily travel everywhere!

Rooms aren't too well sound proofed but if neighbours are quite it's not a problem :)

Very friendly people. First experience as we arrived was the lovely desk lady who welcomed us and offered a welcome drink. The location is also good as we could park directly in front or behind the building. Due a personal talk with the owner I know that a team of 9 people is taking care of visitors and each in the team was part of the conceptional development and this is what you see and feel in the hotel or common rooms. Last but not least you are only a short walk from the riviera, the old town or swimming area away.

Very kind and helpful staff. Delicious breakfast with a very nice choice. The location is very good to reach the lido, the golf course, public transportation etc

Location just right, for the town. Relatively quiet residential area. Near golf, lido, supermarket, buses and ferry. Room, we had a front of hotel room first but changed to a balcony room at the back which was larger. Breakfast was enjoyable with plenty of choices, and always fresh produce.

Nothing, but didn’t try the scrambled egg which looked rather set.

Extremely friendly staff. Nice breakfast and a good location with only a 5 min walk to the piazza or the local golfcourse.

Great hotel and the owner isabel is a fantastic host . Super friendly and has a customer first approach . The location is ideal as its less than 5 mins from the lake with many great restaurants. Highly recommended
