Location, comfy beds, parking
Called 7 times to check if overheight parking was available and was disconnected 7 times prior to making the booking.
Booked a room with twin beds, even double checked at reception that this was done before going to the room after we arrived late to find it hadn’t been done and had to call reception multiple times to get it changed.
Told coffee shop was open from 6.30am but no one served till almost 7am so we were late for our first job.

Loud noise of water pipes mid of the night and room was not clean.

The location across the Albert Park is superb and they have a nice restaurant, but I expected much more from a hotel of this category. Some things don't add up, and with little effort they could give the guest a much better experience.
The hotel looks stunning in the pictures, but in reality, it feels somewhat outdated and there are quite a few details that you would expect a hotel of this category to maintain better. It is not a bad hotel by any means, but given the price, I expected a higher standard and a more polished experience overall.
