The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The views out over Melbourne were outstanding and it was so close to the arts precinct and the shopping areas. There were good food choices just across the road. Overall it was excellent. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Overall a great place to stay.
The only downside being a hotel, it had no cooking or clothes washing facilities.

Our room was spacious and quiet and the meals were good!
I think the room would be more comfortable with a small table between the chairs so you can rest your cup on.

Great location and service. The included parking and breakfast made the stay even more convenient. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience.
The kids did miss having a pool, especially on a nice warm day.

The hotel is a bit OLD and run-down for the price we paid. Also, the reception continuously tried with breakfast and rooms try and charge extra amounts, which was a bit odd.
Hotel was a bit dirty and run down , attempted extra charges from reception
