This is a great hotel located in a very nice and lively area of Brussels where I keep coming back. It is a beautiful hotel with nice clean cozy rooms. The staff of the hotel is very helpful!

The location- the hotel is in walking distance of Grand Place, Central Station and a myriad of cafes and restaurants

The word that comes to mind is style, from the moment you walk in the entrance, in your room and whilst having breakfast, the hotel is beautifully designed with a minimalist friendly vibe. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.
Wholeheartedly recommend a stay.
Nothing really.

Location
Room required you to take elevator to the third floor take a few stairs, go down a flight of stairs and then back up a flight of stairs to get to it. Also ceiling was vaulted in numerous places where you were unable to stand.
