The location, the building and the rooms, light, high ceilings, wonderful interior and art.
Nothing to add here.

Quiet location just off the lively Place Sainte-Catherine. The star of the show was Alex, our host who looked after us very well

Beautiful homely feel with real consideration from the host. Breakfast was a stand out as he personally served us all in the wonderful kitchen dining area. Felt welcome and valued as a customer

Beds are amazing. I rent it only because Bookings filter had the option soundproof. Food is great.
Noise from cars passing by and people shouting or ringing the doorbells. Anyone could hear the footsteps. I asked for the most quiet room as a very sensitive person. Otherwise I could sleep on the floor just to have silence. I find the guy in charge of housing to be not very serious. It is like he takes things subjective when people expect him to be serious. Yes is yes and No is No. Quiet means absence of noise. If there is noise, it is not quiet. Simple. Why is that some people are so stupid? Stop putting soundproof when you can hear traffic and people outside the room.
