Loved the breakfast. Pedro was great with helping with the luggage. Coz we travelled far he assisted us getting into our room 30 mins early. Loved the room and amenities in the room. Shower excellent. Pub and dining arrangements was as expected. Nice touch when head waiter asked if he could book our cab to the cruise port the following morning.

Excellent friendly staff. Great breakfasts and evening meals. Nice room and very comfortable bed.
Only thing that could have improved our stay would have been an additional chair in the room - there was only one which meant one of us having to lay or sit on the bed to watch tv at night.

Plenty parking, Welcoming staff, great atmosphere in the cosy pub restaurant, easy check in & check out.
There was nothing that we didn’t like

Location good, also nice there is a pub right next door
Room not cleaned even though asked, shower gel bottles unusable due to grime buildup, no hand soap etc. taps broken and again grime buildup around them, service for the hotel very strange almost like they didn't want us there? Maybe having a bad couple of days? Bar staff very friendly and chatty though which was nice
