Hôtel Jardin de Cluny

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous - beautifully decorated. Staff were friendly and helpful and thankfully spoke excellent English. Our room wasn't very big, but we were only there for one night, so it didn't matter. I imagine they allocate the bigger rooms to longer stays, and we only paid for a basic one anyway. The bathroom was very attractive, and the bed was very comfy. We didn't have breakfast there. The location was excellent. Quiet, safe, very close to the Seine and the Notre Dame, and plenty of shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. We loved our stay and can't wait to come back to Paris!

Quaint, great location, nice staff

Shower is a bit small, breakfast a bit overpriced. Noise coming from the Asian restaurant and sidewalk downstairs.

The location is great and the staff were friendly and helpful. One morning, the safe decided it didn’t want to work, so we alerted reception and the receptionist was very committed to helping us get our items out of the safe which we really appreciated. The breakfast spread is also great.

The walls are very thin and you can hear everything going on in other rooms and on the floor above. I’m not sure if it’s because we stayed in the spring time but the fan wasn’t working but the room was very warm so we had to open the window which let mosquitoes in and the courtyard, albeit pretty, is very echo-y and noisy.
