Despite the extreme summer heat in Paris, the DAIKIN air conditioning worked very well, so I was able to spend a comfortable night. There was no refrigerator in the room, but bottled water from a nearby convenience store was inexpensive. The shower room was also perfectly fine. The station is close by, which made my departure the next morning very easy.

Perhaps because of the extreme heat, many people were sitting outside the nearby church and in the park, including some homeless people, and the area felt a little chaotic. I did not feel completely relaxed when walking around the neighborhood.

The bed was comfy, the shower was good, the location was right for us.

The walls were thin and the decor very tired. We paid in advance but on the day the room would have been a third cheaper.

The reception staff were very kind. Guiding us for everything. The room was cleaned every day.

*You can't sleep with the windows open because Paris is a city that never sleeps. The traffic noise is infernal. *Very poor breakfast: boiled eggs, two kinds of cheese (sliced), one kind of salami and ham, one kind of cereal, cold milk, apple juice and orange juice (from the box), coffee maker (not from beans) and warm milk. There are no vegetables of any kind. There is no pepper! There is no lemon! If you leave on an early trip and don't serve breakfast, don't pack it. *The windows and sashes were not washed on the outside.
