The staff were lovely and very helpful.
The bathroom was quite small

We absolutely loved the location. It's a short walk to the Metro which made getting around Paris so convenient. The room was lovely. The kitchen was great, the beds were comfortable, the A/C was so nice when it was hot. The rooms had extra large fluffy towels and replaced them each day. The bathroom was spacious and nice. We loved the separate bedroom within the room so it's like an apartment. We loved the recommendations for local restaurants and bakeries. The crepe place that was recommended to us was incredible! We also loved being able to check in early, which was great to get settled right after landing at the airport. 5 stars!

Friendly staff. Location is good.
The room was very outdated and the bathroom (more specifically the shower) smelled really bad. In addition, the shower was for the special needs persons (which we did not need of ask for), which meant that the water went everywhere after each shower.
