Aparthotel Adagio Access Paris Saint-Denis Pleyel

Our stay was excellent. We came to Paris for a BigBang concert, and the hotel's location near the Stade de France was perfect. It was a 20–25 minute walk, which was incredibly convenient when heading back late at night after the show. We stayed in an apartment featuring a small kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a separate bedroom. The space was perfectly clean. The kitchenette included a coffee maker and basic utensils—more than enough if you want to cook. I especially loved the station at reception with free filtered water, as well as 24/7 access to coffee and tea. It felt like a very welcoming touch for guests. While the hotel isn't brand new, it is well-maintained. The staff was professional and helpful. Overall, we had a very comfortable stay

La vicinanza alla metro e allo Stade de France

Non c’era l’aria condizionata, ma solo un ventilatore. Fortunatamente le temperature si sono abbassate e la notte è stato piacevole dormire anche senza aria condizionata

Fairly basic but had everything you need and was clean

I didn’t understand why the deposit was kept. I received my refund at checkout, no one checked the room, so there was no clear reason to charge or retain the deposit. In general, the smell in the room was not pleasant. Additionally, water was leaking from the shower every time I used it, which resulted in a large amount of water on the bathroom floor after each shower. On the checkout day, when I came back around 6:00 pm to collect my luggage, I was told that I could not have a cup of hot water because “all the cups had already been prepared for breakfast and I was not allowed to touch them.” I found this response unreasonable.
