The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.

Perfect location. Once you get there from the airport, it is within walking distance of the underground metro and walkway. It is so amazing to have air-conditioned walking paths underground while the sun is scorching at street level. The staff is amazing, extremely friendly, and helpful. There is a good breakfast with a strong emphasis on a wide variety of local food, which I really enjoyed. You can still find traditional eggs, bacon, and sausages, but who wouldn’t like to try all those traditional local options for a change? Even the room mini-bar was very satisfying and kept well-stocked, not just to a minimum. Having an electric adapter in the room saved me the headache of finding a converter for my mobile devices, on top of the wireless charger built into the electric clock. Bed mattrece was not soft at all, but surprisingly gave a perfect sleep. Room was very quiet apart from aircon system.

Aircon system a little bit noisy, nothing major. The hotel is not the newest in the city, but surely still keeps one of top position.

Really friendly and helpful staff at every touch point. The location was great, close to Nathan Road and to the harbour front, Star Ferry etc.

The breakfast has room for improvement and part of that is the asthetics of the restaurant. A low ceiling and it was congested and noisy.

Pool, staff were friendly

Breakfast average and in a very small room for a large 5 star hotel. Rooms dated, needs a refurb Expensive (black coffee £9 in a paper cup) and charged a 13% service charge on top of booking.com price which wasn’t advertised.
