The hotel is in a very pleasant and safe part of the city. Close to public trnasportation hubs, shopping and restaurants.
Very small room, stuck in the top (5th floor). Bed and pillows average comfort. Noise coming in, thus had to close windows. Very small bathroom and closets. No hotel parking available if you travel with car.

We had a lovely stay with my son. The location was perfect for us - in west Berlin, beautiful surrounding. There is metro station close by and bus station, max 6 walk and close by to shopping street and restaurants. The personal in the hotel was very friendly and helpful.
Nothing. I have no complains.

The hotel room is quite compact but clean, comfortable and not crumpy. I enjoyed having both an Edeka and Lidl a block away from the hotel. The hotel is situated in a relatively quite area, so it was comfortable to sleep. Connecction to transport is great
I wish I was given a complimentary bottle of water
