Appartamento molto bello e soprattutto considerevole e pulito. La scala in legno per avvedevi è meravigliosa

Excellent location in the western part of the Berlin center. Close to public transportation. Lots of restaurant choices nearby. Large, clean, recently renovated room, large bathroom, modern (silent) aircon, modern (noise-blocking) windows. Minimal kitchenette with basic utensils, two-flame induction plate, microwave. "Essentials" storage with linen, towels, t-paper, coffee capsules, tea bags to help yourself as needed.

The hotel is completely remote-managed without a reception - if you have a lost luggage delivery "between 13h and 19h", you are stuck for 6 hours. No dishwasher and a sink that is smaller than the plates. There are luggage lockers, but only a few and too small for full-size bags.

Camera spaziosa per 2, ok per 3, un pò al limite con 2 bimbi.. Letti comodi, meno i cuscini. Bene il bagno con anche fornitura di prodotti. Ben servito in zona non centralissima. Angolo cottura conodo

Ingresso del palazzo e doccia da sistemare. Una pentola piu grande sarebbe gradita

The room was lovely and very well equipped. Tall ceilings and windows with lots of light in the room. Coffee machine was great with pods included. Beds were large and comfy. Close to a bus stop. Overall, good value for money.

Apartment next door had a party one night with several other guests who were also staying in the building. They were very noisy with their door slamming shut every 15 mins until 4am as people came and went. I contacted Numa and was assured that the issue would be resolved but it was not. I contacted them several times throughout the night and was told twice that they would send security to sort the issue but no one ever showed up. I feel that the pictures of the balcony on the listing were misleading as our balcony was very small with the door in an awkward corner of the room.
