The staff was top tier! The location is also very nice and close to a lot of stuff.
Using the shower and bath combo was annoying; the tap kept running while turning on the showerhead, plus the showerhead was spewing water from the back of the hose.

Good location and very friendly staff!
We didn’t get room service, which was dissapointing

The room itself was large and although directly on the main street and besides the lift was reasonably quiet. The staff were very friendly and efficient
We were attending the Deutsche Derby at Hamburg Racecourse and the first floor facilities like the toilets were all closed as the hotel was worried about people outside coming in to use them. There was no parking by the hotel as the parking is owned by the Racecourse and on race days Race Horse owners and others take priority. The breakfast was very good but for a substantial amount of time there were not enough Tables and we were left sitting on the terrace in the rain - with other hotel guests.
