Breakfast ok Located near Autobahn (but no noise) Possible to park in the basement

Easy to park nearby in garage.

Very expensive charge for pets and a weird smell in the room. Also I did not have time to sit down and have breakfast and Coffee and when I brought my thermosmug with Coffee to drink in the car the breakfastlady was upset with me!

I had a room with a nice view. On the 5th floor. Hotel is situated 500 meters near Billstedt Center, a big shoppingcenter.

The room was just a little worn out. Some broken power sockets. Table was broken. Visible tear on the carpet. Dirty drinking glasses in the room. Breakfast is average.

Friendly staff, spacious rooms, easy check in and check out, breakfast—plenty to eat for a full stomach but nothing extraordinary.

Co-joined, NOT detached double beds for a couple. The long wait for the lift to and from the 10th floor during “rush hours” (breakfast time)

really old and not really in the best conditions. 185 euros for one night a double room seems exaggerated even if reserved on the same day

The hotel has its own parking spaces in the garage, and a good location if you are on the move

The location was Ok, only couple of minutes walking to the U bahn.

The breakfast was terrible. It didnt worth the money at all.There is onşy 2 types of cheese and some meat options which you dont know what it is. No vegan oootions at all.0

The only thing we liked was that the beds were comfortable

The staff was not friendly, when entering the room there were only two separate beds and we asked one for two people. The breakfast is terrible and very little variety, no fruits or natural juice. We stayed 4 nights and only the cleaners came on the first day to change the towels, on the third day we complained that no one came to clean and said the reception that someone would come immediately and I’m still waiting !!!!! What a TERRIBLE organization. The location is bad. It’s 20 minutes to the train station and it’s not even in the center of Hamburg

one of the worst customer service that I ever came across. The lady at the reception was extremely rude and unwelcoming and is of no help. the Wi-Fi is a big turn off so if you are traveling for work don’t stay in this hotel at any cost. The old lady at the reception won’t help you either with it as she when I raised the concern she blasted on my face “ I can’t do nothing about it”!! RUDE!!!! the toilets were unflushed and weren’t cleaned when I checked in. The breakfast has not much options. don’t waste your money!!

Easy access from the autobahn

The info on the booking site said that there would be twin beds or double beds. When we got there we found out there are no double beds in this hotel. There is no elevator access from the parking garage to the lobby so be prepared to carry your stuff a long way around. The garage smells like urine. You get a panorama view to the back yard which is used as a garbage heap for the local population.

Location is good, 500 m. to U-Bahn, there's also an express bus that stops by the hotel every 30 mins and goes to the railway station. There is no air condition in the rooms so it might be hot on a warm days. Beds are good, room size is also good.

No hot meals for the breakfast (only hard boiled eggs).

Rooms were bigger than I was expecting (kitchen, living area / study). It was in a good state of cleaning. Check in and check out were quick and efficient.

I did not like the breakfast. Perhaps it is the german standard, but I found it quite mediocre. In most countries, someone would come to your table and offer coffee ot tea. In this case, it took me ages to figure out there was a bottle of instant coffee hiden next to the tea bags in the corner. And what about hot water? It seems like there were some kettles next to the window, and you could just grab one. How does that work? Never seen it before... Bread was a bit average too. Suggest you change supplier. There are so many good bakeries in german. Why settle for the worst? Juices tasted very artificial as well, nothing that resembles orange juice. Also, there was no air con in the room, which is not good in a hot day.
