Shuttle to terminal is critical and on time. The breakfast is complete, to say the least. Out room in the Executive Tower was top shelf
The reception desk could use more staffing; the wait time is not ideal.

The room was very comfortable! The staff at the front desk were very kind. They helped me with all my suitcases. The staff at the restaurant were also very kind and helpful.
The only thing I can say, when I went out at 4am for a 430 shuttle, I was the first one there, and ready standing to get on shuttle. Suddenly a mass of people walk out, and I was not able to board. Luckily, a taxi arrived. I had no choice.

Access to airport.
Air conditioning would not go below 20 degrees and we were only given duvets and no sheets. Had to run A/C on high fan speed to get maximum air flow in order to cool the room to some degree. Still uncomfortable.

Location near Frankfurt Airport T1 and hotel shuttle services to and from Airport.
The Aircon was not working properly and the room was very warm. The aircon control was dropping off the wall ! ( 321)
