Great location easy access from Frankfurt airport by train one stop.
Very quiet.
The bed and pillows were slightly hard for me.

proximity, easy check in and out , efficient lost and found, staff were friendly and helpful
although close to airport directions were not as easy as we would have hoped for non German speakers

The hotel and our room is clean, we love to sit in the lounge when we got back from the city center. They have a good breakfast.
Friendly and accommodating staff from the reception, dining and bar.
The hotel is accessible to metro station.
11 minutes from terminal 3 by taxi.

Cleanliness. Spacious room. Nearby airport.
Expensive breakfast, and did not have any la carte menu. Average quality of food. Did not have any interesting shops for browsing or shopping. A business park for corporate.
