Wonderful staff! They were able to resolve small issues we had.

Employees are very friendly and helpful. Room cleaning was very good. The staff always tries to do their best. Room condition was very good, breakfast was good and sufficient. It is very close to the city center, very close to shopping centers, it is possible to stop by the hotel while touring the city center. 12 minutes walking distance from the central train station. There is a supermarket right next to it that is open until 22:00. Nearby, it is possible to find a restaurant open until late.

the room was incredible small, no tea or coffee making facilities, toilet seat chipped through to the wood, not very hygienic. towels were appalling, small, rough and hard.

The hotel has no services, although the rooms are not bad. A bit expensive for what it offers.

There is nothing concrete bad, but as a summary, I would not book it again.

I did not sleep well in this hotel. The matrace has a plastic cover which made me feel as if I was sleeping on a plastic bag.

Dog-friendly, clean, quiet but well located in the center. It is so far the best breakfast I have ever had in a hotel!

The room was small but very comfortable and clean. My personal favorite thing in hotel rooms (in additional of course to cleanness to comfort) is the number and location of power outlets and light switches so that you don't have to worry to put your phone for charging away or get up to turn off the lights. It was perfect in this room. The location is also very nice, quick walk to the most touristic locations. The staff was super nice!

Maybe just the fact that the room was pretty small, but that's something you can figure out while booking.
