Location, well kept rooms, clean
Smaller rooms on 4th floor. Room number wise allocation (you need to change rooms multiple times if you’re staying for longer).

Bathroom with a regular door that can be locked, which has kind of become a rarity these days (take note, all of you architects who think sliding glass doors are the way to go). Nice place in general, and the rooms are well-equipped with everything one could need. Great location close to the city center. Convenient storage of luggage after check-out.
The electronic check-in doesn't work very smoothly, in fact the process ended in an error; fortunately staff was there to resolve the issue, although she was more irritated than helpful. The check-in terminal asked for payment despite us having already paid, so the software could definitely use an update.

Perfect location for exploring Freiburg. Easy check in.
Great communication. Lovely, clean, well equipped apartment. The bed and pillows were especially comfortable.

Good location not far from the Munster.
Spacious living room / kitchen.
Bedroom cramped with one side of bed right up against the wall, though we managed to push it back a bit.
For some daft reason they had a window between the top of the bedroom and bathroom which meant for a disturbed sleep as the bathhouse light permeated the bedroom.
We had expected a washing machine in our apartment but it turned out it was a shared facility in the basement.
