This property was centrally located and didn't require hiking up or down while staying in Zermatt. Our room had a perfect view of the Matterhorn although I don't think all the rooms had the same view. I also enjoyed the pool, spa and sauna. Perfect after a day of hiking and sightseeing. The staff answered all my questions, etc.
My only problem was that I didn't stay long enough in the area! I don't have anything negative to say about my stay at the hotel.

Good location, central and a short walk from the station. Beautiful views of the Matterhorn and the spa facilities were excellent. The staff were very friendly snd helpful.Nothing was too much trouble.

The location is very nice and the staff members were helpful.
I understand that single rooms are the cheapest option, but it just happened for me to travel on my own this time, so I didn’t want a double room. However, if I knew that my room would be on the -1 level, opposite to the laundry room and next to the spa I’d not book it. Woken up early every morning and it just didn’t feel like I was staying at a 4 star hotel… As well very poor breakfast. Wouldn’t come again
